Barilla Tortellini Filled with Cheeses are made with egg pasta and are filled with ricotta, Grana Padano and Emmenthal cheese.

Born in Emilia Romagna, a Northern Italian region, tortellini are made with a rough and porous egg pastry sheet that embraces a tasty filling.

Barilla Tortellini Filled with Cheeses are best consumed with simple, traditional sauces, for example with melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese.

Cooking time: 10-11 minutes.

Egg pasta (65%): durum wheat semolina, eggs (14,8% of the pastry sheet, 9.6% of finished product), water. Filling (35%): ricotta cheese (32.9% of filling, 11.5% of finished product), sunflower oil, breadcrumbs, (type 0 flour, natural yeast, salt, water), cheese (11.8% of filling, 4% of finished product of which: Emmenthal cheese 7% of filling, 2.4% of finished product; Grano Padano cheese 3% of filling, 1% finished product, powdered cheese 1.8% filling, 0.6% finished product) flavourings, milk proteins, wheat fibre, potato flakes, salt.
