Born in Emilia Romagna, a Northern Italian region, tortellini are made with a rough and porous egg pastry sheet that embraces a tasty filling.

Cooking time: 11-12 minutes.

Serves 2-3.

Egg pasta (66.5%): durum wheat semolina, eggs (14,9% of the pastry sheet, 9.9% of finished product), water. Filling (33.5%) stewed pork meat (pork meat, salt, sugar, herbs, nutmeg), breadcrumbs, (type 0 flour, natural yeast, salt, water), sunflower oil, potato flakes, eggs, Prociutto ham (3% of filling, 1% finished product- pork thighs, salt), flavourings, whey powder, Grana Padano cheese (2% filling, 0.7% of finished product), salt.
