Bocconcini di patate formaggio e pancetta
- - Olive Oil
- - 12 Potatoes
- - 100g sliced Cheese
- - 24 slices Smoked Pancetta
Firstly prepare small pieces of cheese and bacon, peel the potatoes and cook until they are done (you can check by entering into a cooking stick). Once cooked, drain and leave to cool and roll the slice of cheese around the potato .Then do the same thing with the slice of bacon which will help to hold the cheese. Roll another slice of bacon along the other side and finally, place your appetizer of cheese and bacon in an oiled baking tray. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, served appetizer potatoes, cheese and bacon hot.
