A famous product of the Valtellina in Northern Italy, this is the best-quality bresaola you can buy, made only with meat from mature, grass-fed cattle, Punta d'Anca is taken from the tender "salmon" cut, or eye, of the silverside. Careful selection of the meat, secret flavouring and careful drying all come together to produce an unforgettable PGI-quality product.

This beautifully tender bresaola is very delicately spiced. Serve thinly sliced and dressed simply with olive oil and a few drops of lemon juice and perhaps a few Parmesan shavings.
