Bresaola Rocket Parmesan EV Truffle Oil Salad

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • - EV Truffle Olive Oil
  • - 1 Sorrento Lemon
  • - 300gr Parmesan Shavings
  • - 400gr Slices of Bresaola

Lay down on a flat plate slices of Bresaola to make a bed. Squeeze the juice out of one Sorrento lemon and drizzle on top of Bresaola. Top with peppery Rocket leaves. A few shavings of Parmesan on top of that. Drizzle with EV TRUFFLE olive Oil. Pinch of Salt and White pepper. You are ready to rock on!
