A creamy white cheese made of cow and sheep milk with a beautifully compact texture, caciotta has a startlingly intense, sweetly tart flavour for a cheese so young - it's ripe and full of flavour, yet soft in texture.

Caciotta is a star cheese from the province of Caserta near Naples, and this particular cheese is lovingly made the same Campania producer who makes our buffalo mozzarella. This is a cheese to grace any antipasto or cheese plate, or pasta dish. Eat it with your favourite cured ham or honey and favourite bread.

Cow milk and or Sheep, Salt, Rennet.
