This is the flagship pecorino of Caserta, where cheese made from ewe and cow's milk has been produced for centuries, and where the same ancient traditions are still used in its production. This Caciotta has intense and spicy flavour because it is greased with oil and chili.

Made by the same supplier in Campania from whom we get our Mozzarella.


You can use it to prepare salads, starters, or you can eat in its own.
