Caprese

Ingredients:

  • - 500g of Cherry Tomatoes
  • - Salt
  • - Extra Virgin olive oil
  • - 500g of Buffalo mozzarella

Wash the tomatoes and slice them. Drain and slice the Mozzarella. Arrange all the slices on a serving dish, alternating the tomatoes with the Mozzarella. Drizzle over some Extra Virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Decorate with a sprinkling of basil leaves.
