Extra virgin olive oil from Tuscan hills.
An extra virgin olive oil with a slightly velvety aspect as it is gently filtered.
Particles of olive pulp are suspended in the oil thus retaining its lively, wholesome taste of freshly pressed oil.
It's particularly recommended for uses that do not require cooking, such as finishing touches on any dish, drizzling on salads, pasta, soups, risotti, bruschetta, etc.
