Coppa di Parma (Cured Pork Shoulder) is made from first choice shoulder cut, carefully salted and flavoured and slowly dry-cured. Traditional recipes and constant production control ensure the quality and the characteristics of the original Italian Coppa.

This air-dried whole pork shoulder originates from the culinary capital of Italy - Emilia Romagna. Being similar to prosciutto, the Coppa should be sliced thinly.
