Freselle

Wholewheat freselle with a refreshing tomato topping.

  • - Salt
  • - White Wine Vinegar
  • - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • - Garlic
  • - Vine Tomatoes
  • - Water

Sprinkle some water over the freselle so they absorb the water and become soft but not too soggy. Cut up the tomatoes into small cubes and mix in a bowl with some olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, garlic and oregano. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the freselle and enjoy!
