Fresh gnocchi (500g)

Fresh Gnocchi is a special fresh pasta made of potatoes with flour.

Gnocchi are easy and quick to be cooked: it takes just few minutes to be ready. Throw the gnocchi in boiling water and as soon as they come on the ground, fresh potato gnocchi are ready to be eaten with a special Italian tomato sauce (the Barilla one is perfect) or with the truffle butter.

Mashed potatoes 70% (water, potato flakes, potatoes dehydrated, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), common wheat flour type "0", potato starch, salt, rice flour for sprinkling, regulator of acidity: citric acid, preservative: sorbic acid.
