Fresh Italian Sausages with Provola cheese(500g)

These sausages from Naples are made exclusively from choice shoulder and belly or lean pork, medium ground. Gently spiced, and with skin of natural gut, they are sold fresh.

Having the classical form of a chain, it is eaten, of course, baked or fried, but the best way is to have a barbecue together with great company. Excellent served with friarielli lightly tossed in a pan with olive oil and garlic.
