Ham From Norcia Sliced (200g)

A delicious prosciutto crudo made in Norcia.

In the preparation process the ham is lightly flavoured with salt and pepper. After 7 days it is washed and the salting process continues for another 2-3 weeks. After this it is washed again and left to mature again, the whole process taking over 12 months.

Pork meat, salt, spices.
