ABV: 12% vol. Vinification and Refinement: soft pressing and static decanting. Slow alcoholic fermentation under strict temperature control. Ready for bottling following the malolactic fermentation. Colour: delicate, straw-yellow with strong green reflections. Bouquet: soft, characteristic aroma with scents of fresh fruit. Taste: dry but refreshing, keen and well balanced. Food Suggestions: ideal aperitif, accompanies hors-d'oeuvres and fish dishes. Serving Temperature: at 10-12ºC.
