Parmesan DOP matured for 24 months (300g)

A true Parmigiano from the region of Emilia Romagna, provides the richest taste sensation of any hard cheese, and our parmesan is unrivalled in its structure, taste and pleasing aroma. It is not only the real thing, but our parmesan is also matured for a minimum of 24 months.

Parmesan is probably the most famous Italian product in the world, an outstanding symbol of the country's produce. Fortunately, you don't even need to be an expert to discern a real Parmigiano before you buy: the outside of genuine DOP parmesan is traditionally stamped all over with the words "Parmigiano Reggiano", making identification easy even on the smallest pieces.

Perfect to eat simply sliced on its own, our parmesan is also fabulous with fruit, drizzled with honey or served with cured meats. And of course, it is essential grated over pasta, lasagne and all kinds of other cooked dishes.
