Pasta and chickpeas

Ingredients (serves 4):

- - Chopped parsley
- - 100ml extra virgin olive oil
- - 1 clove garlic
- - 280g mixed pasta
- - 250g dry chickpeas

Soak chickpeas for at least 12 hours. Rinse and boil in abundant water. Add garlic, oil, parsley and cook. Add pasta, once it’s cooked, complete with a pinch of black ground pepper.
