Pasta and chickpeas

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • - Pepper
  • - Salt
  • - Chopped parsley
  • - 100ml extra virgin olive oil
  • - 1 clove garlic
  • - 280g mixed pasta
  • - 250g dry chickpeas

- 250g dry chickpeas

Soak chickpeas for at least 12 hours. Rinse and boil in abundant water. Add garlic, oil, parsley and cook. Add pasta, once it’s cooked, complete with a pinch of black ground pepper.
