Pecorino Sardo cheese is made with whole milk of ewes exclusively reared in Sardinia.
It's an excellent table cheese and this mature variety is also very good to be grated.
The quality 'Jagas' undergoes a longer seasoning period (minimum 4 months) and its rind is treated with extra virgin olive oil.
