Porchetta is a speciality of central Italy, the meat is traditionally seasoned and roasted slowly. The result is a wonderful melt in the mouth ham with a unique texture and flavour.
It is usually eaten cold and is perfect for a delicious panino filling or simply eaten with some grilled aubergines in olive oil.
