Salame Milano is a finely ground salame typical of the northern region of Lombardia. Inspired by ancient specialities from the city of Milan, it is mildly seasoned and stuffed in natural casings.
Dry cured and made with pork, sea salt and red wine, it is made by one of the oldest producers of salame in Italy. Enjoy this traditional and popular salame with some wonderful cheese from the Lombardy region and you have the perfect makings for a delicious antipasto.
