This salame comes from the famed capital of Campania where millions flock for sunshine and good food. Made from coarsely ground quality cuts of pork, the Napoli salame has a delicate smoke-flavour and is perfect with a mild cheese, good bread and fresh fruit.

Produced according to tradition using the best pork cuts. Firm texture, tipycal smokey scent, sweet and smokey flavour, lightly spicy.
