Salamino Cacciatorino as the name suggests is a small hunters salami. Cacciatorino is a small salami of 5 to 7 inches long made generally from pork with pancetta. Seasoned with black pepper, spices, garlic, and dry white wine, it is dried over charcoal, then aged.
