Excellent cooking salt!
100% sea salt produced in Sardinia's renowned and historical
salt works located in Cagliari district.
It is ideal for enhancing the flavour of a wide variety of meat,
fish, potato entrees, and more.
Our glass jars, containing sea salt of the highest quality, are
assembled manually, while undergoing stringent quality
control during the various production steps. This salt
underwent two separate grinding processes so as to obtain
diversified crystals. During cooking of foods, especially on
the grill, these crystals are absorbed more slowly thus limiting
dispersion of the salt itself and of aromas.
"Su Sali" is enriched with herbs from Piedmont and Sardinia,
among which Myrtle stands out with its unique flavour.
Antique Romans used Myrtle to season grilled meats and
any kind of food, without changing their flavour.
