Spaghetti all'Amatriciana

Start cutting the bacon into small cubes or strips, put it in a pan to fry with oil, adding the minced chilly pepper.As soon as the fat part of the bacon will melt, blend with white wine and let it evaporate .When the wine has faded, drain and remove the bacon from the pan and keep it hot. After chopping the tomatoes, remove the seeds and pour in the pan, cooking the sauce in the same pan where the bacon was cooked.Cook the tomatoes until they are well done. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti, drain and pour directly into the pan, add the bacon, blend well for few seconds. Seasoned the Amatriciana sauce with ground black pepper and plenty of grated pecorino.
