Spicy Spianata Salame Sliced (200g)

Spicy Spianata Salame is typically a Calabrese Salame because of the use of perperoncino within the recipe.
This salame is made with lean pork which is very finely minced to create the delicate flavour. The mince is mixed with diced lardo, salt and peperoncino (chili peppers). It is put into the salame skins which are then squashed to make the spianata shape.
