Spinosa buffalo mozzarella is a tasty long shelf life buffalo mozzarella from Campania, perfect for pizza or with sliced tomatoes, basil leaves drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.

While there is still no source of buffalo milk in the UK, many British people have become familiar with this outstanding buffalo mozzarella from Campania (the Italian region around Naples, home of the original buffalo mozzarella).
