Taleggio made with best quality milk observing the old tradition. It's a noble cheese produced from raw milk - matured for 50 days in the famous natural caves of Valsassina. Full and aromatic taste with a delicate flavour.

A delicious table cheese, also good to risotti or even melted over polenta.
