Barilla Paglia e Fieno All'Uovo (egg pasta) from the Emiliane range of Barilla. Similar to tagliatelle in shape, these are made using plain eggs for the basic fresh pasta and spinach to make a wonderful, colourful, yellow and green pasta dish. Hence the name 'Paglia e Fieno' which means "Straw and Hay" due to the colour combination and pasta shape. Excellent with a traditionally made Ragu Bolognese.
