How to prepare:

For 1 person consider: 2/3 Prosecco 1/3 Peach Juice Make sure champagne flute, Prosecco and Peach Juice are well chilled. First pour cold Prosecco into the flute and then the Peach juice. Traditionally is prepared with white fresh Peaches, peeled, sliced and crushed into a mixer with a few ice cubes and some of the Prosecco to create a creamy juice. Then you add it to the Prosecco once it's poured into the flute.
