The main characteristic of this piadina is that it does NOT contain "strutto" or pork lard. It is thereby a natural piadina romagnola: a great way to make sandwiches, a soft flat bread that can be used in many different ways - wraps, heated or just plain.

It literally takes a minute to heat up in a frying pan and then it can be garnished with cheese, tomato or - why not? - nutella!
