Bresaola Rolls

 
  • - 1 pinch of Ground Pepper
  • - 2tsp Olive Oil
  • - 250g Ricotta Cheese
  • - 16 slices of Bresaola

How to prepare:

Mix ricotta, olive oil and pepper in a bowl. Then place a large spoonful of the ricotta filling in the centre of a slice of bresaola. Roll the bresaola . Repeat process using the rest of the bresaola. Display on a plate and serve immediately. Notice: Bresaola can be also filled with Robiola, Stracchino or Gorgonzola (blue cheese) as your palate feels like.
