Caprese salad (Tomato, mozzarella and basil salad)

 
Serves 4-6
  • - basil leaves, to garnish
  • - extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
  • - 500g buffalo mozzarella, drained and sliced
  • -
  • - 500g cherry tomatoes, slices

How to prepare:

Arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella on a serving dish, overlapping them alternately. Drizzle over extra virgin olive oil to taste and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with basil leaves.
