At quality control is paramount. These sausages are sourced from Scherzerino. The story of La Rocca family and Scherzerino Ltd. has been handed down from father to son. It has enthusiastically creatively involved Scherzerino's third generation who run the business nowadays. Everthing started in 1940s with Scherzerino's grandfather. He was a butcher and selected livestock. Then it was up to his son Antonio and today it is a lively, young company thanks to the work of Scherzerino's successor and his dedicated, qualified staff. From the scented land of Campania (Naples) Scherzerino have picked up herbs and spices which enrich and make our products unique. They are not only "meat" but also an explosion of flavours and sensations. These beautiful fresh Neapolitan sausages are made from choice shoulder and belly pork. They are gently spiced and put into a natural skin, and are perfect for baking, frying or on the barbecue. We import our sausages weekly, so their freshness is guaranteed. Made in the Aurunci mountains by acclaimed producer Scherzerino.
