"Rostello" roasted ham is a mouth-watering roasted ham quite unlike other cooked hams. It is top quality all the way, beginning with only the best select cuts of meats, it is prepared with the typically Italian obsession for making foods according to a traditional recipe. The ham is marinated with herbs and spices, glazed and then slow-roasted to perfection over an open flame.

HOW TO PRESERVE:
Preserve in the fridge and follow the expiry date on the packaging. Our Roasted Cooked Ham is available in both our fresh bag option, which is sliced on the day and therefore has a shorter expiry date, or vacuum packed for you to keep in the fridge. Choose the one that is most suitable. If you can, we strongly suggest fresh bag, just because it preserves the freshness of the cut and it gives the product a whole different "breath-ability".

ON YOUR TABLE:
Perfect for children and adults, our Roasted Cooked Ham is good to be eaten as is, raw, in a panino, pretty much in all Italian recipes. Buon appetito!
