Directly in the Prosciuttificio Cerreto di Felino, the Menatti outpost in the province of Parma for the processing of hams, we produce this delicate and natural raw ham: characteristics due to the absence of added preservatives and additives during production and to the particular climatic conditions of the place, which create an ideal environment for the natural curing of hams.
For our Fiocco ham we only use the best legs from selected slaughterhouses, we process them using only salt and let them mature for a period of 7-8 months, to offer the final consumer a truly tasty and delicious cured meat.
