Mortadella is a cooked salami of pork meat, cylindrical or oval, pink and with an intense smell, slightly spicy. The Mortadella Menatti production starts with the processing, according to the method of Emilia’s tradition, using the less precious cuts of pork legs, with the addition of small fat cubes, spices and selected flavors. The Mortadella Menatti is free from gluten, polyphosphates, glutamate, milk byproducts, and is available in the versions with or without pistachios. As a producer of Mortadella, Menatti offers to its customers a wide range of products divided into the categories “Gran Bontà”, “Gran Valle”, “Dolce Valle” and “Valle”, and available in an extensive variety of formats, from 1 to 30 Kg, packed in various sizes and typologies.
The ingredients in Menatti Mortadella Valle include pork leg meat, lean meat, small fat cubes, and a special seasoning. The average nutritional value for 100g of Menatti Mortadella Valle is 265 kcal.
Menatti also produces other types of mortadella, including:
Mortadella Gran Bontà
Made from lean pork meat from certified farms, seasoned lightly, and slowly cooked in a stove
The Fioccotto "Alta Qualità"
Made from the finest muscle of the pork leg, the "cuore della coscia" (leg's heart)
