Gluten-free Caserecce Pasta with Ricotta and Courgettes

 
A simple and easy recipe for a gluten-free meal!
  • - Pepper
  • - Salt
  • - 1 onion
  • - 4 courgettes
  • - 300g of Ricotta salata
  • - 320g of Garofalo Gluten-free Casarecce

How to prepare:

Wash and dice the courgettes.

Chop the onion and fry it in saucepan in extra virgin olive oil for few minutes until golden.

Add the courgettes, oil and salt and cook for 10 minutes stirring well.

In the meanwhile, put abundant water onto boil for the pasta waiting for it to come to the boil before salting it.

Add the Garofalo Gluten-free Casarecce pasta and cook according to the packet instructions. If you prefer traditional pasta of course you can choose from the extensive range on the Pasta&Rice category but we feel that for a lighter meal both gluten free and wholemeal would work.

Drain the pasta and pour and scrape the courgettes and the ricotta salata sauce on top.

Add some pepper at your preference and serve your Casarecce.
