Gnocchi with Fontina

 
A deliciously creamy Gnocchi dish.
  • - Salt
  • - Butter
  • - Grated Parmesan
  • - 5 tbsp Double Cream
  • - 150g Fontina
  • - 500g Gnocchi

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 180C

Put a pan of salted water on to boil.

Grease an oven dish with the butter. Cut up the fontina into small cubes.

Cook the gnocchi in the boiling water. When they rise to the top they will be cooked.

Remove the cooked gnocchi from the water and drain. Put into the greased oven dish, sprinkle with some grated parmesan, pour over the double cream and place the pieces of fontina on top.

Put in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheeses have melted nicely.

Serve immediately and Buon Appetito!
