Gnocchi with Pesto

A delicious dish of potato gnocchi and classic pesto.
  • - 2 tbsp Pine Nuts (optional)
  • - Grated Parmesan
  • - Salt
  • - 4 tbsp Homemade Pesto
  • - 500g Gnocchi

How to prepare:

Put a big pan of salted water to boil.

Spoon the pesto into a large bowl.

Put the gnocchi into the water once it is boiling. When they rise to the top they are cooked.

Drain the gnocchi and mix into the pesto.

Serve with a sprinkle of grated parmesan and even some toasted pine nuts if you wish.
