Mediterranean Pasta Salad

  • - 320g Pasta "Farfalle"
  • - Ground Pepper
  • - Olive Oil
  • - Salt
  • - 200g Tuna
  • - 250g Cherry Tomatoes
  • - 40g Black Olives
  • - 200g Cherry Mozzarella

How to prepare:

Boil the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water, wash and cut the tomatoes into small pieces (4 or 8 depending on size) and cut the black olives. Let the tuna drain from the oil in a salad bowl, where you also add the tomatoes and stir well. Drain the pasta al dente, and stop the cooking by placing it under running cold water, then add the pasta in the salad .Then add the black olives, the cherry mozzarella and crumbled tuna, stir, and leave in the fridge for half an hour before serving, filling everything with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
