Onions Omelette

Frittata with Onions - serves 4
  • - 3 Onions
  • - Pepper
  • - Salt
  • - 40gr Butter
  • - 6 Eggs

How to prepare:

Peel the onions and cut into thin slices. Melt the butter in a non stick flat plan. As the butter starts sizzling add the thin sliced onion cooking it gently on medium/low heat. In the meantime, break the eggs into a bowl and whisk adding salt and pepper to taste. Once the onions turn golden brown, add the eggs and let it gently firm/solidify on the bottom. Helping yourself with a plate, flip the frittata over to cook its top side. Once it's cooked on both sides, serve it on a flat plate, cut into squares or triangles and enjoy either cold or hot Buon Appetito!
