Parma ham lollipops with rocket salad and stracchino

 
Serves 4
  • - crackers, to serve
  • - handful rocket leaves
  • - 1 stracchino cheese
  • - 8 grissino Torinesi (breadsticks)
  • - 200g Parma ham, sliced

How to prepare:

Take 1 slice of Parma ham and place on a clean plate. Place a grissino (breadstick) on the edge of the Parma ham and carefully roll, wrapping the ham until the breadstick is almost covered. Leave 5cm uncovered for holding.

Repeat with the remaining grissini and Parma ham slices. Display on a large serving platter. Add the stracchino and garnish wit rocket leaves. Serve with crackers.
