Pizza Dough - Serves 2 People (500g)



Product Description

Our chef Gianni has prepared a fresh pizza dough for you! 500g are enough for 1-1.5 pizza.

Roll out the dough: give it a quick knead, then split into two balls. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into large rounds, about 25cm across, using a rolling pin. The dough needs to be very thin as it will rise in the oven. Lift the rounds onto two floured baking sheets.
Top and bake: Top the pizza with your favourite ingredients and cook at 180°C for 15 min.
