Pizza with egg, prosciutto, artichokes, olives and mozzarella

 
Serves 4
  • - extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
  • - 1 ball buffalo mozzarella, torn into pieces
  • - 1 egg
  • - mixed olives, drained
  • - Parma ham, sliced
  • - artichokes in oil, quartered
  • - 1 pizza base
  • - 1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes

How to prepare:

Spread the tomatoes evenly over the pizza base. Scatter the artichokes over the pizza, then add the prosciutto and olives.

Carefully crack the egg onto the pizza and place little torn-up pieces of mozzarella in the gaps.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and season with pepper and a tiny bit of salt. Cook until crisp and golden.
