Rossopomodoro Spaghettoni is a durum wheat semolina pasta originally from Naples. Rossopomodoro Spaghettoni can be served with fresh or canned tomato passata, warm or cold sauces with vegetables and aromatic herbs. Rossopomodoro Spaghetti are also great with quick hot spicy sauces with garlic and Cayen pepper. Spaghetti are perfect as well with fish sauces such as shellfish and fruit de mer, "white" sauces made with milk, cream, mascarpone, soft and melted cheeses, adding spices such as saffron, curry and ginger.
