Salad of tomatoes, olives, marinated anchovies and artichokes

Serves 4
  • - 350g mixed Mediterranean olives, pitted
  • - 250g marinated anchovies
  • - 300g marinated artichokes, halved
  • - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • - 4 large tomatoes, sliced

How to prepare:

Put the tomatoes, artichokes, olives and anchovies in a large salad bowl. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
