De Cecco Conchiglioni Rigat, durum wheat semolina pasta originates from Campania region, is a whimsical dried pasta with a big ribbed shell shape.
The shape and the dimensions make it suitable for trapping the sauces and it's ideal for fish or meat fillings for baked casseroles. As well as in the oven or with a filling it makes an excellent light dish with spring sauces and mozzarella cheese, tomato and basil.
