Product Description

Moulded by hand into a pear shape, just like its unsmoked cousin, this charming and sophisticated cheese is characterised by its brownish exterior, distinctive scent and delicate woodsmoke flavour. (The skin of a traditional caciocavallo is yellowish in colour.) The light smoking really adds another dimension of flavour - try it grilled with some chopped tomatoes, a little garlic and a drizzle of olive oil.
