Burrata is a classic mozzarella fior di latte shaped as a “purse”, whose soft and delicate outer shell encloses the heart of a delicious cream made from fresh shredded mozzarella fior di latte mixed with UHT specialty cream imported from Italy.
The Burrata is made fresh twice per week and it has a very short shelf life from the day of production.
