Description
A complex rich condiment to intensify your dishes Cuttlefish ink is just what it sounds like - the ink of the cuttlefish, the squid's larger, thick-fleshed cousin. Often its primary purpose is visual enabling you to create dramatic dishes that have a gorgeous shade of black but it also adds a superb subtle velvety flavour. Just hinting at the taste of the fish. If your wondering what to do with it, try adding to pasta or even better to some long grain rice which better absorbs the ink to create a black risotto. A warning, this is not for use in any dish that may be consumed on a first date, as the ink will turn your mouth black! Contains two sachets.
